On February 23rd, Bosch, technology and service providers, announced that they acquired 26 percent stakes in B2B eCommerce firm Autozilla Solutions.
The acquisition of minority stakes will allow Bosch to participate in the B2B marketplace, and it will help in the process of finding and agreeing to terms. Hyderabad-based firm, Autozilla Solutions, specializes in the development of electronic parts catalogs for spare parts. Making procurement of spare parts simple, hassle-free, and digitally enabled is the focus of the company.
The Autozilla platform uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to establish availability, pricing, the efficiency of finding the right spare parts at the right time.
