Denis is a technologically intuitive and professionally acute individual, with a M. Math degree in AI from the University of Waterloo and a BSc in Computer Science from the Collège Militaire Royal (CMR) de St-Jean.
He is a member of the international technology standards consortium Object Management Group (OMG), where he serves as the Chair of the BPMN Interchange Work Group (BPMN MIWG), and is a member of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), the Case Management Model and Notation (CMMN) and the Decision Model and Notation (DMN) teams. He is also a member of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) Steering Committee, Chair of the Business Process Simulation Working Group (BPSWG), and the co-editor of the XPDL 2.2 process definition standard.
