What are the current trends in the market which your company caters to? Give us your views on what can be the future.

We are witnessing the Fourth Industrial Revolution or the Digital Revolution. According to Gartner, 75% of businesses will be digital or have digital transformation initiatives underway by 2020. Of these efforts, only 30% are predicted to be successful. The report predicts that global AI-derived business value will reach nearly $3.9 trillion by 2022. By 2025, 80% of enterprises will migrate entirely away from on-premises data centers to colocation, hosting and cloud leading them to shut down their traditional data center.1

For a leading international NGO focused on human rights and law enforcement, had issues on handling their global operations, and catering to their IT requirement of regionally scattered employees. We managed their end to end IT Infrastructure for 24 global locations, effectively maintain, test and run mission-critical applications collecting information from field officers scattered globally. We built donor portals using Salesforce technologies, managed their SharePoint farm, developed intelligent reports for better decision-making.

With Trigent’s new intelligent analytics-driven engine, the company experienced a reduction in production time from several days to 2 or 3 hours.

PG Calc, a global company in planned gifting and gift administration, is impressed by Trigent’s expertise in Microsoft Stack and extensive insight into a niche industry. They benefited from a quick and efficient transition of 600 existing customers to the new platform.

  • Reduced field failures and better customer satisfaction

For a leading provider of integrated school safety and visitor management technologies, Trigent performed QA & Testing that covered 4000+ test scenarios, and increased the effectiveness of the application. Ensured that the application is in sync with the latest offender list provided by third-party portals, by performing testing in live data.

What are the advancements you are going to make in your services/solutions/products in the near future?

Our current focus is to leverage digital technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to improve automation, build frameworks, and reusable assets. We are harnessing AI/ML to infuse a new level of intelligence and automation in applications.

We are working on building an AI/ML- enabled automation framework for faster release of products and applications through accelerated quality assurance and testing. We exploit the promise of data science and AI to inject predictive insight into businesses. Likewise, our predictive models in infrastructure will help proactively look for potential failures and preempt them.

Further, we are building a comprehensive framework that will enable businesses to be cyber resilient.
