Phil Davis is the Managing Partner of St. Charles and one of the two original founders. He brings over 40 years of executive- level expertise in training and human resources to service his clients, most of which are large companies/firms with significant global presence. In addition to overseeing all of the firm’s business functions, Phil delivers high level client service in the areas of training strategy, design and development, integration of people and processes, and team effectiveness.

Prior to founding St. Charles in 2002, Phil served as partner-in-charge of global operations for Arthur Andersen’s worldwide training organization. In the mid-1990s, Phil left Andersen for six years to take an executive position with Freeport-McMoRan, a large international mining company, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer. Phil remains a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.

Since its inception, St. Charles has grown to employ more than 150 professionals and has successfully served more than 130 unique clients. Their base of domestic and international clients span a broad spectrum of industries, including retail, professional services, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, banking and financial services, energy and mining, hospitality, consumer and industrial products, higher education, and public sectors.
