For its Oculus Quest subscribers from US and Canada region, the social media giant Meta (earlier Facebook) has launched the first Metaverse christened as Horizon Worlds. The users from these two countries can now access the metaverse, but there is a caveat. They must be of an adult age, that is, 18 and above and must have Oculus Quest VR system with them to access the virtual reality world.
The Horizon Worlds is an already popular title of a metaverse from the events of Facebook Connect. Meta will provide a unique experience with virtually shared reality which can be navigated with person’s digital space profile popularly called as an Avatar.
