Give us a brief overview of your background and your role in Big Bang ERP. 

My cumulative experience in information systems, software development and internet marketing has allowed me to become a creative problem solver and a results-oriented project manager. As an analytical thinker, I am able to see the big picture and create a roadmap to tangible results – plus, I have the drive and ability to cross the finish line. As a practical designer, I use existing tools and out-of-the-box solutions to create a perfect fit with a client’s requirements and business culture. I am dedicated to ongoing professional development which is why I keep abreast of the rapid changes in technology and offer clients the most up-to-date business solutions.

My most recent work is with CRM, ERP and eCommerce with leading cloud solutions and business applications, including: NetSuite, Salesforce.com, FinancialForce, ServiceNow, Rootstock and more coming in 2019.

How do you diversify your solutions that appeal to your target audience? 

I strongly encourage my team to focus on the quality of service. At Big Bang ERP, we do not simply offer services, we offer an experience. We offer a variety of products which have different functions and uses that we recommend based on the business needs of the client. This product diversity is appealing to our audience as they get to select from multiple cutting-edge solutions to find the best fit. We do not focus on a target audience, we adapt to our audience’s needs, whatever they are. This leads to a trusting relationship with our clients that allows us to do our job smoothly and, therefore, achieve our objectives. We differentiate ourselves through our methodology, the training and continuous support we provide and putting our customers’ business needs first in order to ensure their success.

What were the past experiences, achievements or lessons that shaped your journey? 

The key strategy to follow is to always put the customer’s needs first. We make sure that we can provide whatever they need to grow their business (even if it means telling them that we are not the right fit). This is also the reason why we are solution-agnostic. We build partnerships to get all the tools for our customers. We want to become a one-stop shop for all business management needs, no matter what it is today or in the future. We take pride in providing our customers with all the cloud solution services they need in order to grow and their success is our main priority—we know ours is dependent on it.

I am aware that our customers are the reason behind the success of Big Bang ERP and we do our best to meet and exceed their expectations. Moreover, we more than doubled the number of team members in the span of 1 year. We can offer better service because we have more talented experts. Opening an office in another time zone was ideal as it helped us cater to the emerging markets without having to jeopardize our value of being responsive. We saw amazing results and are planning to continue our global expansion.

Finally, in a competitive industry, it is very important to differentiate ourselves from other players in the industry by offering high quality service.

What is your advice for the emerging entrepreneurs? 

Pick up the phone – you cannot do business without being responsive and keeping in mind that we are all people at the end of the day and creating a human connection will go a long way. Be open to new ideas, adapt, and recognize the strengths of your team in order to grow. You cannot do everything yourself, and it is important you know when to let someone else step in to help you out. Surround yourself with smart people and empower them. Flexible Adaptable, Responsive, Resultoriented, Good Problem-Solving skills, Team player, and Humility are the basic attributes that every emerging entrepreneur should possess.
