Mr. Shrivallabh Kulkarni, Co-founder & CEO of DimenZion3, has 22 years’ of experience, mostly in the HR and training domain. A desire to do what he loves led him to shift careers from an Engineer to Training. Following stints in IT, ITES and Consulting Organizations, he cofounded DimenZion3 along with Hemalatha.
Ms. Hemalatha, Co-founder of DimenZion3, is a Post Graduate in Business Management, having over 18 years’ of experience in the domains of sales, Marketing and HR. At DimenZion3, she leads the CATAPULT business offerings catering to talent search and RPO needs of clients.

DimenZion3, their flagship brand offers Consulting and Training Services. The Talent Development business within DimenZion3 provides training solutions in Leadership, Interpersonal and Intercultural Competency Development.
Through the Consulting Practice, they consult with growing and large organizations on HR practices like Performance Management, OD, and Leadership and Succession planning, Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion. DimenZion3 boasts of a series of case studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of this consulting practice.
SOURCEMART, the SourceMart business vertical offers two kinds of Outsourced Services – Managed HR and Payroll Processing, Managed HR Services is an end to end outsourcing of HR Operations activities catering to growing organizations in the small and mid-segment arena. Payroll services of SORCEMART cater to the needs of growing companies saving on costs, efforts and investment of time and resources to run their payroll.
CATAPULT, offers talent search and RPO services which make it easy for clients to select and onboard talent in an accurate and efficient manner. Catapult offers two models of services. The RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service caters to end to end management of the selection processes. They also offer standalone Talent Search Solutions. Catapult has successfully implemented projects in the Services Industry like Media, Advtg. IT and ITES.
STACOM deals with Statutory Compliance Consulting Services. They work with clients in areas of Labour Laws like PF, ESI, Minimum Wages and more – consulting and executing compliance requirements. STACOM consults with clients in identifying the right salary structures, compensation packages and benefits in line with statutory obligations yet beneficial to the companies.
