The Immensely Experienced Leaders
With more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector, Walter Perdigao, the Co-founder and VP of Services heads up the services side of the organization. He’s passionate about information technology and is a proud gadget geek- & owns just about every type of personal technology that one can think of. He’s equally passionate about getting the right tools in the hands of businesses of all sizes to help them succeed.
Tony Abou-Akl is the other Co-founder and the VP of Development and Support. He commenced his career immediately after graduating and since then has thrived in the Computer Science field. As a key developer for one of Canada’s premier PSA solutions, Tony’s entrepreneurial spirit inspired him. He wanted more – he wanted a company that was first class, prided itself on support of both customers and employees alike. In 2010 CrossConcept Inc., was founded and quickly exceeded their goals as a premier third-party service provider. As years went by, Tony once again believed they could do better. Along with his partner he spent years listening to customers which resulted in the development of their very own world class PSA solution; and voila! CrossConcept Continuum was born.
