Women as compared to men don’t get the exposure which is required from the time they are born to be a wise decision maker. Parents and families have been always conservative when it comes to the outside world for a woman, they would be more open-minded when their lad exploring it. That’s when it starts and eventually men will have brains in head, feet in shoes and steer oneself in any direction they want. Yes, because it’s always been thinking of parents to send their lad to get outside work done. So from the starting itself, lasses don’t get trained that way. Maybe they will be good at cooking, sports, sketching or whatever that’s more related to the indoor activity, as men get the exposure through various and divergent interactions with numerous people to get the things repaired or buying stuffs and they better know how to handle the market world. In past, when it comes to women, mainly they had been into the household works and less in business. But scenario has changed that has obviously aided women to grow as an independent individual, they will do their stuff on their own. It has enabled women to have different prospects.
Preference to the women has burgeoned women’s talent to be more recognized. Not only women have started working in the various fields, but you could also see them at good positions. And this has revolutionized the business industry, it started with women at the initial stage being at lower positions as compared to other employees and then things significantly ameliorated and now at positions which are generally conquered by man is taken by women also, women are also founders of well-known organizations, they are also on boards of directors, CEO, and MDs, in short, they are part of taking big decisions in companies.

History can’t Deny the Power of Women
The times when kingdoms existed, it was mostly male dominated but there were few queens also who maneuver it all single-handily and the impact is still there and now at present to we are talking over. There was one leader who we can’t ignore who was famous and powerful women in history and that is Cleopatra- goddess, a queen, and a skilled diplomat and great politician who was gutsy enough to show her and her country’s power and influence. She was the one who controlled Egypt and other lands and was well known to organize an army, was a judge and securing Egypt’s economy. This shows that to put yourself out there, you have to be more open to learning as just being leader is not the ultimate answers to all the questions, you have to believe yourself and the purpose you have been working through.
Women in Startups
One of the biggest challenges faces women is being in startups is access to capital specifically equity finance. Women entrepreneurs get 50% less capital than male entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are generally seeking to fill the marketplace with startup which is not there and what is in demand, whether to take initiative for new service or product or a segment of the market that is underserved and it’s observed women entrepreneurs tend to adopt more than male counterparts as it’s considered that they are more far-seeing for the gaps to be filled, are agile, quick problem solver, and seizing the opportunity.
Women’s Strengths are so Diverse that Opportunities are Endless
Women are inborn leaders, what’s adding up to their success is the way they are brought up, it’s enhancing their multi-tasking skills helping it to be used in business. And business could be of any sort, it could be related to fashion, food, style, internet, media, stocks, restaurants, finance or anything, there are no guidelines to the type of companies women must start with. But they should go in a proper direction, they should already know what they like because starting a business first and realizing afterward is not the right step to go with. It’s not always being a leader, most of the times the one at the top is the best is what we assume. Nothing is wrong to be thinking that as everyone wants to be a step ahead to the path of success. But be at any level, justice is to give your best to yourself and to the work you do.
And it has took a long time for women to be at the position at what they are, they need to treat themselves with respect and must accept challenges, may what come in life or in business. A strong woman just not need to be beautiful and emotional, she should also use her logics, decisiveness and strength to excel in life and business.
