AppFormix Gets Acquired by Juniper Networks

2013, the startup has recently got acquired for an undisclosed amount from Juniper Networks. The AppFormix was founded in the year of 2013, based out of California, USA, is a cloud operations management and cloud optimization startup. This accusation will help Juniper Network to get a much-required boost to Juniper’s cloud operations.
AppFormix works with OpenStack technology alongside the Kubernetes distribution. Ultimately, it will give their customers real-time glance into the condition and health of their cloud network. Summet Singh, the Founder of AppFormix has recently said in his blog, “The big-time partnership between our two organizations is incredible news. Juniper with the focus of providing and deploying the flexible and virtualized networking technologies to its wide telecom customer base and telecom partners of it.” AppFormix provides historical monitoring, controlling, and fine actions for minimization for private, public, and hybrid cloud eco-systems. He further states; “Together, AppFormix and Juniper will boost up an environment of dedication and innovation to the users of our products and services will get to trust and rely on us.”
Juniper Networks, a California based software-defined networking technology, which is well known for providing world-class routers, switches, security, and other networking services. The networking giant is looking to strengthen its foothold by acquiring the OpenStack technology company AppFormix.  Juniper has already provided its customers with cloud services such as Contrail. Juniper Networks was founded in 1996 by Pradeep Sindhu. The company first started as a provider of core routers after it moved to edge routing technology, followed by their brief stint in IT security from 2003.
AppFormix is still planning to continue as a stand-alone company. It will develop and deploy its own products and services using its current name. Recent customers of AppFormix need not worry about current policy changes, as assured by AppFormix.
